We work so hard each day, we give it our all, and for what? For a company that uses us up without recognition, steps all over us instead of rewarding our work, and then discards so many of its best like yesterday's trash. HON lost all of its core values and has turned into something unrecognizable. From now on, I give back as much as I get from them - which is really not all that much.

If you work for Honeywell you have been scammed. Why work for an employer that does not compensate you? Make sure you work your mandatory 10% overtime and maybe your job wont be exported to a low cost country overseas. Make sure you put in at least 20% and maybe you will earn a 2% raise.
That's what I did for the last 3 years until our department was closed. I took back my life, and invested as much in Honeywell as Honeywell did in me. I was happier, I took my salary, and couldn't care less when our department closed...! :)
This what Ive been doing the last 5 years now. Work super hard so I can get a 2% raise and MM can go buy himself another Porsche? No thanks.
