Someone well noticed, this company is more reactive than proactive. CVS has long lacked proactivity and innovation. I wonder why there are no more innovations?
Every innovation is a risk, but it is high time for management to do something about it if it does not want this company to become almost uncompetitive in the very near future.

I like this site - I don’t agree with Cvs much but the OP is wrong here and must be from Massachusetts - yes Cvs is reactionary a lot but they are one of the most innovative companies around - not that I like most of the cr-p they roll out
