I haven’t gotten a raise in almost three years. I thought of staying here until the end of the year and then giving notice, however, it also happened that I spent an enormous amount of time and energy finishing a job, and then all the credit for that work was taken by a person who does not deserve it at all.
What can I say, I sent several applications and I received 2 offers in record time. I don't even want to stay here the next month, even at the cost of being paid less.
