I mean, are they trying to do anything for their employees and for this company, except for themselves?
Management seems so clueless that it hurts. Everything they do is bad. I no longer remember their last good move, and I hope to get out of here before the next bad one.

Everyone is always clueless, except for you.
management wants to save jobs.....if management did their jobs a whole cr-p load of people would be out on the streets.
They're trying to make sure communities can't provide their own broadband service to their citizens.
That's something I guess.
