Can it attract young and talented employees?
Can it attract experienced professionals?
This company is chronically short of employees and I am afraid that this problem will increase. Next week, I also give notice because I no longer want to do work for several people. I just wonder if this company still has at least an approximate capacity as it had in the past to attract quality new staff.

When the global people strategy is pay and reward at average market rates, the org will only ever attract average candidates. And they wonder why they filed chapter 11.
Hertz wants to adopt the Enterprise model, right out of school, work them to death and get rid of them. And anyone over 50 is to be gotten rid of, for that is not the new face of Hertz.. Good luck to all who are left. I just recently decided to not come back and it feels great. And for anyone who still does not know this. When a manager or higher asks for your opinion do not give it to them. Opinions are used to target people and expose thinking that is different from the herd. I got rid of so many employees with this tactic.
