I remember when I first got hired, I was proud to be able to get a job here and I appreciated it to the maximum. I approached the job as seriously as possible, I thought that CS is a place with very professional employees from whom I will be able to learn a lot. After a few years here, I no longer experience it as a serious company at all.

What do you mean??? CS is still a great place to work. Just hold on to that feeling of when you first got hired. So that you can use it, taste it, and remember it when you first get fired at CS.
Look, we are at a divergence right now, it's almost hilarious. The divergence is the Fed announces possible rate hikes in 2022, and suddenly Schwab stock rises a point and a quarter, while the rest of the cornholios just drops their breaches.
