In fact, I’m wrong, they’re very effective when it comes to demoralizing employees. My personal opinion is that in this company only a bully can become a manager. What is also very interesting is that they treat the worst those who work the hardest. Why is that, I never understood that?

Managers get generous bonuses which means that they are beyond desperate to keep it......... at any cost, mainly at the cost of the hapless employees. Schlum will never learn that this is not a good way of doing business.
Sorry to break the news to you, but HR is there to protect the company not help employees. Avoid them at all costs.
How some managers are still employed is baffling, especially the supply chain manager.
But hey..let’s lay of the mangers for a while and remember that the current HR department is equally as useless.
