Cuts do not solve any problems. However, the leadership is trying to solve all the problems in this company by cutting people. It turns out that not only does it not solve the problem, but it deepens it even more in the long run. I don't understand such management. Are these extremely desperate moves or poor decisions resulting from being blinded by greed?

NOV has not reported a profit in almost a decade. A sinking ship. History has shown that management will be the last to go.
Workers were cut, management was left mostly intact. Nepotism at it worst.
Culture mirrors leadership…leadership reflects gossip queen b%3T#4. Queen worst employee of all tIme. Gossip girl got demoted and still won’t fall on sword and quit. For tHe love of god please leave.
When I first read this I thought for sure you were talking about houston service. But then I read a response about greengate. So it nov as a whole all around sh---y. Here I thought only houston was a sh-t place to work.
If you have a problem you either change it accept it or leave it!
The reason why everyone on the shop floor at NOV Greengate are earning a fu----g shiiite wage is because the place is brimming with a mixture of 128 Mo--ns; Cretins; Imbeciles and id--ts coupled with the fact Ken Jones is a useless wa---r and does NOT represent the interests of the shop floor.
NOV is a Muppet show but it is good for your mental health because it really is a joke x
The problem still exist because no one wants to work any more they just want a check for showing up. If you had to earn your check to keep your job it would be alot better place
