Not long ago, Scott Case announced that Mike Roth would be leaving. He was over the merger and it is going terribly. Does anyone know if Mike left on his own will?

I’m sure Scott have Mike over $2m reasons to go quietly and not tell the truth how the whole integration is never ever gonna happen!
First of many who will be victims of integration. There will scapegoats, not sure if they are, but many will be.
Would like to know as well.
