Unfortunately, but that is my opinion. I gave notice because, among other things, I couldn’t solve that problem with the manager for a long time. I had a feeling he despised all those who work harder and try harder. He always was protective of slackers. Why is that? Unbelievable.

these days the object is just to have a head count....doesnt matter how well they do the job any more as long as the company seems to be trying to keep the service going. when the time comes to flip the switch all the experienced people will have been gone. you will see weekend services go away and eventually we wont even pretend to help "edit" orders. its all part of a plan and the more i see the more i believe it
The last think your boss wants to do is run your route do you try that if not do so. Let them see your frustrations first hand
