EMIT would be so much better off if they stopped rewarding sycophants, they’re about as bad as Upstream during the peak of the dry-ho-e years.

If you don’t want to leave, don’t, but don’t perpetuate the idea that you don’t have a choice.
We need more legacy apps and new SaaS applications that we bastardize with security and controls.
I honestly don’t understand why anyone continues to work for EMIT at ExxonMobil with all the BS. I’m a chemical engineer, not like I can just pick up and move from energy into tech or another industry.
