Does anyone know about the Finance reorganisation? Apparently there will be layoffs in H2, specifically in VBG Finance

New org will be entirely Managers. Instead of having Senior Managers manage Managers, just flattened out so there's thousands of Managers all reporting up to one big Super Manager. Because "Business" requires Managers duh!
