Don't. Just don't. If you can find employment literally anywhere else, do that instead. If by chance you are good at what you do, you will be stuck in the same position forever because everybody (and I mean everybody, from your coworkers to your bosses) will see you as a threat. You will end up having to work for people who should be your assistants, at best! Just stay away.
