This was another hack. It's taking much longer than the last one to get all the systems up and running again. Hopefully next time, the hackers will take ALL the systems down. Permanently!

"To improve the 'member' experience"?
WHAT MEMBERS !?!?!?!?
Has anyone checked in with the Command Center?
you are upgrading the system because you got hacked... don't lie, your name isn't Eddie !
I’m at the Troy data center- we are doing upgrades, that’s all. Staffing is down because of the pandemic so there’s only 12 of us over three shifts. Going as fast as we can.
None of our systems is down, we too them offline to make enhancements to improve the member experience.
No customers mean you need no merchandise, thus no trucks.
Makes sense no?
It’s amazing that such a SMALL company has an issue with operating systems. It has been that way for years. Frankly, I have never been in HD or Lowe’s and had them tell me they have system issues.Eddie sold the POS, that HT paid for, it went with the sale of Outlet.Eddie doesn’t give a S**T about anyone but Eddie. Good luck HT.
they got hacked again, system down to reboot n upgrade. no orders filled til 6/29...... sorry
@xow+1bswWszU: My store in received two shipments in the last two weeks. The first shipment was the biggest one I've seen in over a year, perhaps a 1200 piece shipment. The second one was smaller. It was mostly softlines, and it was almost all the same things we've been getting all along. It looks like someone is cleaning out the world warehouse.
What is being sent in the trucks? Fresh air?
