Thought it was bad when T-Mobile recently outsourced the entire Messaging department and claimed that it was "What customers actually wanted"? Thought it was bad that we officially have way more outsource sites than we do have US Customer Care sites now? Thought it was bad fixing outsource issues all day long while they call avoid and lie to customers? Well get ready for the next 2 years, outsourcing is going to get kicked up to an all-time high! The days of T-Mobile doing the right thing by the customer ended the day Legere left. Things will get tough in the next 7 months but remember to keep your head up. If your job moves overseas, demand severance, don't let them trick you into having to move to another state to keep your job at another site!

People were easily fooled by Legere once he grew his hair out and started wearing Chuck t's. Google a pic of him when he was an att exec and you will see his real corporate self.
I keep seeing comments about how things have changed for the worst since Legere’s departure. Legere created this. Legere and Claure completed the merger and sold everyone on their “Brighter Future For All” propaganda.
It was a lie from the beginning and Legere profited the most from that lie in the form of a 100 PLUS million dollar golden parachute. Please stop mythologizing Legere as if he was the last great benefactor for workers. He was and is a great salesperson. Nothing more.
Working in team of experts sucks anyways. The micromangement and the pass the buck never really fix anything because i dont have permission nor the time, tools, resources etc.
