Some think that technology-led innovation does not make much sense for banks in general. I still think that CS specifically should invest more innovative efforts in this direction...
Do you also think that CS is stuck in the past and is not adapting enough to new trends?

Hahaha NO. They are so focused on the bottom line that they cut any project/team that doesn’t promise a massive financial return for the company. And they pay sh!t so they can’t get (or keep) smart people like the TDA talent they acquired - attrition is at 20%.
Legacy Greener here. I'm still non-plussed by the new job title structure.
Legacy TDAer here. Coming from the outside, I think they are trying..but all eyes are on the client conversion right now. Don't expect much innovation for a few years.
