Our manager just reviewed our team's pulse results. One category was a 5. I placed 1's in this category. We have a small team so at best it could have been in the mid 4's. The only possible way it could be that way is if the manager, HR, or Gallup threw out the result before compiling the data.
Net result = No need to take the pulse survey since management doesn't want to address the 1's.
Always got the feeling that we didn't actually want to get better, now I know why TMo is eating our lunch.
The push to have these surveys completed by us because it adds to the team award for them.
I always tell the truth. I am only RED mark. And they know it’s me. Don’t care.

You really think that a survey you take on a computer, or a company’s site, or anything done on a computer or phone at all (like these comments), does not identify you?
Managers strongarm us into useless meetings and threaten us that they will have more work if we give them bad scores so the pressure is on to give them good scores. Useles surveys rigged by management. god forbid you say anything that actually identifies you on the survey, you would be fu---d beyond belief
As I've told my my managers numerous times over the years, Who cares about any numbers, except the ones on my paycheck.

the guy who entered 1s.... they threw your name into a group with the other 1s, those who require a performance plan. good luck.
Based on my review meeting I think they just want to have awkward probing meetings with us after every pulse survey and every week between until we get sick of it and just give them 5s.
Pulse survey is a waste .they probably have a whole team in charge of pulse ,waste of money IMO
Once the psycho analysis began:
"Do you have a best friend at work" I shut the survey down and didn't revisit.
Sounds about right. This company has 0 integrity, if you assume the worst, chances are it’s probably true.
