Our manager just reviewed our team's pulse results. One category was a 5. I placed 1's in this category. We have a small team so at best it could have been in the mid 4's. The only possible way it could be that way is if the manager, HR, or Gallup threw out the result before compiling the data.
Net result = No need to take the pulse survey since management doesn't want to address the 1's.
Always got the feeling that we didn't actually want to get better, now I know why TMo is eating our lunch.
