Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

Employee surveys

Employee surveys have been atrocious and will continue to be in 2021
Leadership will not fix or address issues brought up over and over 🙄🙄 why even have the survey, its a waste of time

The surveys don’t matter. They’re not anonymous. They use the surveys to pick who will be laid off. If you’re not part of the “club” or drink the koolaid, start packing your things now.

Survey results don't matter. All the executives ignore the responses anyway, and have incredibly po'd a large number of people.

Imagine calling a for-profit company "communists." T-Mobile has its share of problems, but you can always tell when it's a mo--nic part-time mobile expert up here bi-----g because they always sound like absolute buffoons.

Do us all a favor and use the tuition reimbursement to go back to school and help stretch out what remaining brain cells you have left.

Jon legere and the whole uncarrier thing was just a front to get the merger done. The whole uncarrier thing was concocted by a 3rd party firm and discrimination was baked right into it. Its crazy how many employees and customers were fooled.

T-Mobile has and always will be garbage. Theyve just become a larger piece of garbage imho.

Care frontline attrition is like 70% now while working from home (naturally should be lower). Retail frontline attrition is actually lower than 2019 when having to go to the store (naturally should be much higher). Just ask yourself why that is.

I highly encourage everyone to give a low score on your ready to rocket/ employee surveys (especially to senior management!) The way that the company has lost all of its values since John has left, is unbelievable and it needs to be known to management that employees are NOT happy. Don't go easy on the survey, T-Mobile has laid off thousands of people after claiming they would create jobs, management is incredibly rude now and they do not value employees, you can tell by the attrition being over 65 % now when it was 5-7% last year.
