My DOS fired a team mate for not writing off a small tool purchase on SR. Very minor expense that easily happens now and then with the stress pressure and time constraints. Worst part is he is a unresponsive DOS to the team. He should be dismissed for being a poor manager.
Some guys are so mad they are interviewing with competition, we can't afford to be short any more people.
The new guys hired are not hi caliber folks. Talent pool looks weak.
