Listening to the "return to office" meeting. What a joke! Facilities are not ready. They had months to prepare. Typical half-a$$ed roll out from management.

The he-l that is Atlanta? Go back you say? I'm lucky to have gotten out. Pathetic, the brain drain has turned into a spinning Vortex.
Honeywells offices are dirty and were never in a habitable state. Stained old carpet, stained walls, mildewy smells, everything is from the 1990s and hasnt been updated since. Of course it would cost too much money to give employees a reasonable office space. That money is an additional cost savings off the backs of employees that will help increase the share price and compensate the board, so why do it?
Whatever. Meaningless talking head chatter from people who do not make product. Design, build, ship, support. Everyone else get out of the way.
This company is bloated.

Interesting. I was on the call and did not get that impression.
Will everything be perfect? Nope, but not a disaster. I actually came in today and my desk was clean. No issues walking in etc.
Just not sure what the OP expects but it is clear some folks will just not be happy going back in.
I get it but if you're unhappy move on to one of the companies that have policies you like.
What do you expect? Pretty much no one is allowed to spend money. Especially facilities. Rock bottom priority.
