Has anyone successfully moved to a new chapter post-transformation? For a variety of reasons I'm finding my daily work to be extremely unchallenging, and not allowing me to fully contribute value within my chapter. There are other chapters I think I could make a higher level of contributions in, and want to make a move.

I believe chapter switching typically occurs only during PDCs and planned events, but changing platforms can happen any time. You can reach out to your chapter or sub-chapter head to see if there are any opportunities in your discipline in another platform.
Now they can just blame it all on BCG. That is the beauty of using consultants. Nobody is held accountable.
The chapter model is an absolute disaster, as was entirely foreseeable and predicted by people who weren't listened to because BCG walks on water

No switching chapters until after the TuneUp (mini reOrg) which should be done by Oct.
I personally have successfully switched chapters, after I was laid off, of course, which is why I checked here for info. thanks
Maybe a musical chairs and just let people freely switch chapters. Several managers would be left with no staff!

I am in the software engineering chapter, which is great cause our chapter head and managers are clueless and I work with a dude offshore who asks me to call him Jagmeet, and wonders why I laugh everytime.
What’s miserable or laughable are folks calling others miserable expecting five star reviews on a company on a website called layoffs.com. Id--t. Yes please call me miserable again. It makes me…happy LOLOLOL.

All chapters are dealing with the same. It’s not the chapter it’s CVX. Multiple coworkers in multiple chapters and it’s sadly all the same. Good luck.
