Enough already with the retention bonus cr-p. At intel, high performance raking has nothing to do with high performance results, it is not based on meritocracy. It is given to manager’s friends, loyal a-s kissers... if you don’t understand this, you are either not working at intel, or you are one of those a-s kissing politicians.in fact, real performance, results cause you to get low ranking at intel. By delivering and knowing your stuff, you will make your charlatan manager and his/her loyalist back stabbing reports feel vulnerable. They will turn against you.
