If now, after a few years of working here, I had to summarize everything and try to give meaningful advice to someone - I would tell him to leave as soon as possible. For those who might be trying to get a job here - don't come here. I’ve stayed here too long and I think I’ve mostly wasted my time.

Man been there 3 years glad I'm gone!!! It feels so good not stacking crackers and cookies and building stupid displays. Do better modelez ain't worth it.
everyone talks about the cheerleader like its someone they know.....in the years i've had i've known a few and eventually they all wake up. its a job...that's all! its hard and getting harder...and there's no growth left anymore, and deep down we all know the clocks ticking. don't define yourself by what you do for a living and don't think that everyone who speaks to you is your friend! your dm will sell you the moon to motivate you because that's their job, but this isnt a long term career any more!
all that talk about quality of life won't apply to you folks...that is above your pay grade! find somewhere to go and go!
