Yes the SVP and VP levels are the absolute worst i've ever seen at Sabre.

I'd rather say - can we hire some competent people? Especially in VP level?
In my long story in Sabre I had a lot of competence disapointments - on US employees, India, Poland ( although these were the least disappointing).
I'd like Sabre to hire competent people and let them do their job. Now it is still running circles. Even in Labs, Wlv, PT. Lack of understanting of the problems on VP & product level holds us back.
And the constant lack of transparency and trust..
Simple answer - No

over priced talent from Australia?
no problem !

We should hire only in California and collapse in one year.
We were doing great even before the pandemic hit, right?
And now it's even better.
Offshoaring is for losers like FAANG.
Hey, the idea is to send everything to the cheapest possible place, because we care about excellence...
In America, we hire only mediocre managers.
sure, as long as they live in Bangalore or Krakow
Do not hire in USA was edict 3 years ago, all new hires were targeted for BLR,MVD and KRK
Amen. I left because the signs pointed to 90%BLR as a hiring manager was only allowed to hire or backfill there. Those that resisted were replaced by the onshore BLR buddies.
This hiring spree seems to be focused on everybody but.
