This could just be a rumor - but I heard HR is thinking about targeting the R&R policy next on their cost savings list. I can't say it is much of a surprise given they have already tampered with the 401K and benefits. R&R seems like the next logical target. It will probably be a "bring your own paid R&R" plan of some sort.

You better be careful, Sapience buddy will find you!
I also do no work here, and no I don't sleep well at night. But it's only because of how many naps I take during the day.
@2nsh Since when did HR at Fiserv become the morality police? Remember those that live in glass houses... BTW I sleep perfectly every night knowing that my job and six figure salary is secure at Fiserv, I bet you can't say the same. If you can't contain the bleeding on message boards like these, the execs will find someone who can.
Dream on...
looks like someone got HR in a tizzy. Keep the momentum building boys, you have them running scared. expect this website to get pressure to release IPs of posters.
Eight hours a week is pretty high for some of the teams I work with...
Look at your life, stealing from a company...disgusting, good luck sleeping at night, telling your kids about integrity, hard work, honesty...every dollar you take for doing nothing adds to your misery and corrodes what’s left of your morality and ethics.
- Fiserv market share is shrinking in nearly all segments including the all-mighty Clover. They are losing market share to competitors at a very fast pace.
- If 44,500 Fiserv associates were positively engaged at work then YOU, a supposed direct report of TM, wouldn't be sent to a message board like this.
- I've been around longer than you and I'll be around long after your gone. Why? Because I get paid to do almost nothing...I haven't worked a full day in the last 3 years. I barely clock 8 hours a week of Fiserv related work. Its my little way of screwing Fiserv after watching so many colleagues get laid-off.
What a poor attempt at 3 simple activities. Do yourself a favor ....STAY with FISERV, you don’t have the intellect or business based capabilities to do anything else.....well maybe DoorDash deliveries, which requires a 7th graders mentality, which clearly you have
You are so smart you already know what Q2 results are…NOT.
- 44,600 make a great living to take care of themselves and their families.
- Fiserv has number one market share in most all of our businesses in an industry with secular tail winds.
- Engagement of the other 44,500 (those who don’t visit this sit) is outstanding.
I could go on but for you nothing would be good enough so my advice for you time to go…
Any sane, reasonable college educated individual should get out. Q2 update to the street is 4-5 weeks away. FISERV is the epitome of “dead-end” and Q2 results will prove it. For you First Data degenerates, list 3 things that prove me wrong. And for god sake, compensation, promotion, work environment and new product launches are NOT candidates.
Nothing hilarious about it. You spread a false rumor I said you are wrong so move on...what happened at First data which you are also incorrect has nothing to do with our current time off policies which were combined 18 months ago. Only thing hilarious is when you are called out for spreading false information you then try to conflate the situation with more bs...
Its hilarious that that the HR shill doesn't even know what is being discussed by HR leadership. When Tony was ruling First Data he combined/consolidated all time off into a single amount and later reduced the total days off. It was vacation, personal, sick all in one and I think we lost about 7 total days off in the end. They also took away a few holidays but gave us veteran's day.
Remember when JY took the sabbaticals? And tried to take sick day rollover?
Dont let them! Fight back! tell you manager that you are upset!!
Another fake news post, there is no change being discussed or contemplated to time off, nice try spreading false information!!
Perhaps more people will promoted to a director level and above because then you can take as much time off as you want as long as you are able to get your job done. Translate that to minimual time off.
