My Linked-In feed is full of ex-TR directors or above taking C-level or executive roles at other companies. Many of them were solid with great credentials. Is TR is letting go some of its best people or are they leaving on their own? What is going on? I’m seeing more by the day.

@OP+1byO6KcB - it's a classic move - cut costs, make it look more profitable, and sell it off. Strategy, innovation, and all the HR junk about mindfulness are done to make it appear to the outside that it is a good buy. TR is led by short-term leaders with short-term goals, driven by short-term compensation. Get what you can out of it and think about the future.
