What is the policy regarding associates who are in a romantic relationship? We have a couple who are all over each other in the break room, which makes some of us quite uncomfortable. While we understand "young love", we certainly do not think they should be touching, kissing while some are trying to enjoy their lunch/breaks. Since we have been hiring young people, our club is like being in high school. There have been quite a few people in the past who met, dated and even married, but never showed affection to each other while working.

Our manager was involved with 2 hourly associates and nobody did anything about it. Everyone knows about it but nothing happens. She loves the attention from the male associates!
I'd ask if they'd be interested in a menage a trois. Associate engagement.
This type of behavior has been going on for 30 years at Sams. However, young ones today are so insecure and they feel the need to hang all over each other. It is a work place and this type of behavior shouldn't be happening but I don't put anything past today's youth. Management is no better. I've seen it for nearly 30 years and it has caused many problems and much sadness.
As long as that Associate is not in that manager's chain of command it is ok.
A manager & hourly have a relationship & that was ok.
Mind your own business and stop being jealous because they are young and in a happy relationship and not OLD and MISERABLY single or even worse MISERABLY married!
There is no policy against Associates dating or showing affection while on break. You make it seem like they're doing the do next to the time clock. Get over yourselves!
I would lose my lunch, and my cool ! That is one of the reasons I started eating in my car, bring a cooler so peaceful for that half hour. Also the loud talking and gossip going on in the break room ugh , that's one reason why I didn't take half my breaks to loud.
Just get a few other team members an sit an stare at them. Eat your lunch an watch them. Sure they will stop lol
