Well to be honest, i don't care who runs the company as long as they are doing a good job. But seriously, you think the Frank run Fiserv is light years better for employee's. In the time he has taken over Fiserv employee were screwed out of the 15% ESPP, decent 401K match, merit increases in a timely manor, pay for your own mobile phone, pay for your own laptop, raised medical expenses, recognition awards that were reduced and a btw you will be working nights periodically without compensation; however, the mighty Frank and his cronies that followed him to First Data have slithered their way into getting great pay at Fiserv at the cost of employees. Maybe this light years statement is for the top executives at the company that we can cal Kerberos.
It seems like Frank is a greedier CEO than Yabuki was and executives don't give a second thought to employee's. The impression i get, "You Should Be Thankful you have a job" and you are just a number, it's just business or better yet, we can just replace you if we want and we don't care about your idea's ( quote from Jason Dewez several times at different all hands).
That whole attitude is the root cause of the bleeding of talent. I've seen new hires leave in less than a month on the job, saying this job is way too stressful or chaotic for the pay.
Makes you wonder how many people the HR and Recruiting staff have reached out to see if they would come back; because, they realized how effective they really were and were willing to put up the the Fiserv BS.
Anything else to add?
