Moving On - Tips?

I need to move on - i am a mess with anxiety. even with surrendering to the vaccine requirement, the RTO FAQ look like something for a prison sentence. can anyone provide tips on how or where to start? any recruiters people in the US can recommend? for those who have moved on successfully, how long did it take to get interviews/offers? any advice is welcome and appreciated

"Moving on"? "mess with anxiety"? "surrendering"?

Yeah, here's an advice: quite being a F#{KING SNOWFLAKE AND GROW A PAIR!

THEN, update your LinkedIn and Monster profiles!

Though I have taken the vaccination, I understand where some are reluctant to do so. The way I looked at it that I take the flu shot every year and as many do and you can consider it experimental as well because you never know what they put in it other than what they tell you. Bottom line is if you don't want to take then you should start looking for another job. I agree it's not fair and is more forced. Then again, I worked at the bank and it's what's to be expected. They don't care about their employees and the work environment is more cut throat than you can imagine by management. Very few managers at the bank look out for their staff and pretty much kiss a-s just to keep their jobs. Totally disgusting work ethic permeates throughout the firm. The people you think you know, you really don't. My advice to anyone who is still there, get out while you can. You can be sure come January 2022 there will be more separations coming. Not layoffs because once you are out, they are not going to call you back.

“Put this experimental substance in your body or you lose your job” is not CHOICE, it’s forced coercion.

The mere fact that you are "surrendering" is a sign that you need to get out. If you aren't comfortable getting the vaccine, DO NOT GET IT. There are plenty of reasons why you should be concerned about the vaccine, and any company that is forcing employees to get an experimental medical treatment is not worth working for.

I would recommend reaching out to your social network. There are a lot of companies hiring and a friend might know of a position that you are well suited for.

Save some living expense then move on. I always save 50% paycheck for few months before I move on. If the environment is toxic, then move on. I agree on this.

Your question is similar to "I want to buy a car, which one?" Without mentioning your area of expertise, it will be difficult for someone to recommend recruiters.

If you're about to begin your job search, I can't recommend enough Skip Freeman's book "Headhunter Hiring Secrets 2.0: How to FIRE Up Your Career and Land Your IDEAL Job!" ($9.99 Kindle). It definitely changed my mind and helped me in my job search. One of his messages there is that job search is just an elimination process, not a "I hope somebody likes me" process and gives you good tips to go through it.

Good luck!
