Unless they are going to pay $15 an hour immediately it's not that big a deal in California. On January 1st 2022 California minimum raises to $15 an hour automatically.

Project Brady did happen it was the realignment of the entire company. On August 15 the company is going to stop giving PC5 differential paid to the pharmacy technicians so I believe sometime after that they’ll announce a pay raise for the hourly employees.

I left cvs anyways but still creep these threads. Project Brady definitely did happen, my dl from target moved districts and essentially had to reinterview. I don't know if there was any layoffs but the current dl for my former store used to just oversee core stores. Now she oversees core and two target stores. I don't need people gaslighting these threads to know the truth

Project Brady went live June 27th. District leaders went from around 12 stores to 16. For you all that don't believe people got laid off, explain how the districts grew but the company did not grow and the same number of field leaders still exist.
