Thread regarding JPMorgan Chase & Co. layoffs

Criminal Activity I’ve learned and have knowledge of

I have personal knowledge of, emails, taped conversations. Been at the bank 13 years, current salary is about 340k with bonus. I'm late 40's and would like to retire in the next 5-7 years.
As I see things I have 3 choices
I could escalate internally like a tool, my thoughts are this could end up with me getting laid off or fired, not sure, but highly likely. This place says and does 2 different things.
Or I reach out directly to regulators, possible reward money?
Or should I just ignore and pretend I saw and heard nothing and keep collecting, by the way I don't want drama or be out of work hanging out in a lawyers office for 5 years.
Please no id--t advice, only respond if you're intelligent enough on the topic, thanks.

Given your grammar and syntax used in the OP post I doubt you make more thank $50K/year.

Option 3 or C. Just keep collecting and go retire as planned.

I've saved a lot of internal docs on my home PC - where can we start sharing them for the public to see?

I have a personal experience on this topic.
in 2020 I submitted an official HR complaint against the manager of my department who is a Chase Executive Director. After 15 years with the company I was fired and told "We have lost confidence in your ability to do your job". I requested a more specific reason for being let go and was told they would not provide one. Before I was fired I had personally documented numerous violations of the code of conduct by management, including several which are likely illegal. I also had emails from a Chase HR attorney threatening me for submitting complaints. Since I already had a VP level job at another lender lined up before they fired me I decided not to go after the company in court or become a whistleblower. I just wanted to move on and be done with Chase for good. If you do decide to act against the company I would seek the advice of a qualified attorney on how to protect yourself and get a settlement. Maybe look for an attorney who has gotten a settlement in a prior case against Chase. Usually the threat of an attorney requesting emails and other docs in discovery is enough for them to settle and write a big check. Especially if you know which docs to ask for. They don't want any internal docs being exposed. Best of luck, whatever you decide to do.

Unless I am getting some kind of reward, no way I am doing extra work. It’s not me who is taking the loss so why am I care ?

Heads up there's no reward money, that's a lie regulators use to bait the weak minded. Keep your mouth shut till retirement, you need to worry about your family, not fixing all the worlds wrongs. In 10 years when your on a white sandy beach, you'll thank me.
If your doing anything even slightly hanky panky remember use a prepay phone, VPN, Signal, physical code sheet exchanged and updated at intervals.

The tyrannical government is about to destroy America.

We don’t have 5-7 or working ahead of us.

Are you even paying attention to what is going on?

Seriously? The world is upside down. Good is evil, evil good.

Bide your time and retire when you can. The days of whistleblowers are over.
