I was unlucky. It turned out that the new company I went to after Mondelez wasn't much better at all. The situation is really bad. However, guess what, I still wouldn’t go back here. How much worse must a new company be for people to want to return to Mondelez?

If it is a similar job in the dsd industry it doesnt surprise me. I've been seeing everyone quitting in droves from all the companies in this industry. The volume never slowed down but they keep that we need to keep the pace up even though we have the least amount of hands we've ever had. It's been a long 1.5 years and I don't have a whole lot left to give.
maybe you will have better luck if you keep looking. without knowing what part of the country you are in and what you did there its hard to comment about the job, but as someone who left a few week back i can say you re in a better place
