I’ve been working here for years and morale has never been worse. Almost no one wants to work here anymore and everyone is looking at new opportunities. For a reason too. I wonder, is there anything that could improve the morale that is astronomically low these days?

Appoint Jim Mattis to VP of HR
PAID OVERTIME
Rearrange the deck chairs on the Titanic.
Bump up the company 401k match to 9%.
Show some sincerity.
To the person who said send JG back, JA took her when he went back to corporate. I think he planned for her to do something at electric boat because he said something about motor boating.
Paid OT
Maybe she needs to leave and GD can send us JG back?
Cultute, what culture? The Czarina is intent on converting Gulfstream into a woke, diverse, equitable and inclusive Company. The company is drowning on apathy, lack of appreciation and openess, yet her focus is of employee resource groups, unconcious bias training and diversity, equity and inclusiveness.
Paid OT.
LD leaving the company would be nice.
Layoffs and pay cuts.
The fools who make it will be even more happy to work there.
It will also make management richer.
Two words: Employee appreciation.
Ice cream.
The Czarina is totally clueless and is only focused on what the woke liberals feel is appropriate. Watch what happens to the demographics related to external hiring or internal promotions. It will be an agenda to fulfill and not one based on the skills necessary to design, build or service aircraft.
Ive noticed tha leadership only promote the ones they want...not the ones that are deserving...tech 2 right off street with no clue wtf there doing getting paid better then techs 1 that been here for a few years and are on the wrong side of there boss......dont feel like a company, more like a herd
Beatings.
Na-i mask mandates that can get you fired, and a possible vaccine mandate to work will surely help.
Unionization
What do we make again?
Maybe, if we returned to our original focus of building airplanes instead of providing a virtue-signaling platform for the self promoters. The days of "passion for the product" are long gone.
Here’s a thought. Maybe the LT could start actually caring about the employees and not view them as disposable assets as soon as things get a little bumpy. Hah, that’s crazy talk. Keep treating them like cr-p and randomly laying them off without rhyme or reason. No magic left at GAC. They have become the company they used to dominate.
Divestiture… because then there would be no more pain.
The culture is largely created by the VP of HR. Until that changes, morale will only continue to plummet.
Not while they current leadership is in place. Morale has plummeted since MB took over and I don’t think the Czarina is helping things either. Put your head down and get to work!
