My supervisor is on vacation. My team is doing busy work. And I’ve been looking at my calendar dreaming of early retirement. Any chance there going to be another package offered in the next 18-24 months?

One of the other things about early retirement besides escaping dumpster fires like COP, BP, Shell, Husky, Apache ... is getting out of the oil industry. I feel so much relief watching these burning piles of dog ex------t smolder and not having to live in the smell.
All industries suck unless you are an artist or a liar, but the oil industry sucks while wasting so much money on nothing.
Early retirement is pretty awesome, especially when it means getting away from a dumpster fire like COP. Glad I was able to do this recently. Good luck to the OP of this thread, and anyone else who is hoping to get out of there in the near future.
You will need to demonstrate true leadership. Then you will have a package headed your way. If you want to stay forever, smile, nod, and surf the internet all day.
