Could the timing be a little worse.. we cant even get our kids in school..

I’m in GT&O and only the vaccinated employees have to be in the office on the 9th. The unvaccinated get to keep working from home. This was told to us by management within the past week.
- "uhhh sorry but my pet Cat is not vaccinated even though I am. I understand that being vaxxed I can still contract COVID from my cat and spread it around viciously. Do you still want me back?"
What conversation this morning? What LOB is returning (unvaccinated) on sept 9?
The communication hasn’t be clear for GT&O. Are both vaccinated and unvaccinated expected or required to return to office Sept 9th?
Does the bank have a better way to encourage people to get vaccinated than foreshadowing a full RTO, even for cube dwellers who work the same no matter where the cube is?
From the conversation this morning, everyone will be returning on September 9th unless something changes until then. It may be different for other LOBs but for us we are all going in.
