How many colleagues do you enjoy working with? When I first came here I was really fascinated by my colleagues. These were people who were geniuses in their work and I could learn a lot from them. It was a pleasure working with them. With a few exceptions, these colleagues and people like them are no longer here. Oracle doesn't seem to need such people anymore.

That’s because unlike you, these smart, great-to-work-with folks saw the writing on the wall long ago and left. You ought to think hard about that. Maybe talk to a counselor about it.
Or, is the issue really that you are paralyzed with fear?
You can find them, but they are few and far between, like finding an oasis in the desert.
