Clot shot? One out of three vaccines has a miniscule chance of a clot and you're calling it a clot shot. Talk about fear mongering.
One, mRNA is not new. That technology was used to treat SARS and Ebola years ago. And, hospital systems, etc have always required vaccinations. I worked for one and I guarantee you get the jab or hit the door. Schools have always required vaccines to attend. You will be sent home until you comply. This is not new. The awful me, me attitude that came from disinformation is new. It needs to stop. Grow up.
Completely shocked there are not more responses on how unconstitutional this. Companies/Corporations should NEVER have the right to dictate to an employee what medical procedures they undergo, especially with an unprecedented shot with new technology such as MRNA with no long term studies. If we allow this, what else will they try and dictate? Absolutely unbelievable.
My guess is that the consequences of being let go are not apparent to all. No severance and possibly no unemployment as you are bringing this on yourselves. Unless you are all independently wealthy it would be hard to live on no income.
Why do people think it’s important to remind folks that if they don’t get vaccinated it will be considered against company policy?
Isn’t it already obvious? I don’t see how stating the obvious improves the argument.
You need to understand that if you do not comply with the mandate to
get the Covid Vaccine, you are going against company policy, which has clearly
been vetted out with their lawyers and if they fire you, there is no severance and
possibly no unemployment if they fight it as you will have gone against
company policy. Think before you do something that is going to mess up
your income.
Centene definitely ran this decision through their legal team. Good luck fighting this via telegram app
