Interesting. Will keep in mind what the company culture is when I purchase the next vehicle.
So Ford doesn't listen to its employees, doesn't listen to its customers and ghosts the ones that complain, but actually "listens" to one guy (that might not be even a customer) and the reply costs 60 hours of additional work on the truck? Wow!
This is one of those rare moments where real life surpasses the wildest imagination...
