STX deal?

Hearing the deal with Mesquite fell thru and unable to make Chalk numbers work even with creative finance. Looking like a really bad spot for those left working this asset but sure our great leaders will continue pushing us to be “team players” until we are kick out without severance or LTI.

J Lo? Aaah no! Theft why do you think he was fired from his 1st job? Then CHK caught on to him.

If anyone wanted S.TX it would already be gone. Instead CHK is going to pretend like the Chalk is worth something to justify having it in the portfolio (I guess it's meeting expectations, but expectations were marginally economic so is that really a success?).

J Lo? Was not a DD fan but at least he held leaders accountable for all the theft they allowed and never did anything about.

Instead of hiring an ops manager who doesn't really care why not look for that one person that cared about the asset, knew it like the back of his hand and cared about the people. Oh you kept DD who literally destroyed people and the asset. He even got rid of the one guy who really made the asset work where others failed. You want success hire that guy back he would turn STX around.

It’s going to be a sl------r when STX closes. They already have the list with STX employees plus many more from other assets.

Yea. AFEs canceled for new wells after lot spent on locations and new equipment. Same story same management with nobody willing to speak up afraid of the HR call.
