The courage-less Silicon Valley elite consistently show us that they have no ba--s. They jump on the latest hip fad to try and stay relevant regardless of how absurd it is. Their position has no relationship with their actual feelings on these subjects. It's all just for show.

Chuck Robbins is no different from the rest.

Isnt it true that there is a disproportionate ratio of black employees at Cisco compared to the overall population, in the US?

No. Cisco's African American percentage hovers around 3%, much like most of the silicon valley companies.

If so, is Cisco trying to make up for that, by promising BLM money?

Why not just provide funding to minority entrepreneurs as a whole? That is a much better proposition. He-l, even Amazon has the Black Business Accelerator for entrepreneurs.

@4tvi+1cEAjJBB "Instead, I suggest that Cisco gives funding to black owned inner city businesses impacted by the rioting and help rebuild impacted inner cities. "

I suggest Cisco give money to all businesses impacted by riots. Favoring one over the other based on race is... racist. Or, they stay out of it and worry about improving their product offerings.

Seeing inner city business broken into is NOT a good image for Cisco.

Instead, I suggest that Cisco gives funding to black owned inner city businesses impacted by the rioting and help rebuild impacted inner cities.

They donated the money to legit organizations that actually help people but not to the scam that is BLM. Thank goodness.
