No direction, no power to change that

How did we end up with such horrible senior and executive management that completely lacks direction and seems powerless to do anything of consequence that would right this ship? Maybe having too many levels of management altogether could have something to do with it?

My personal theory is that D Woods and the rest of the executive leadership secretly hold a massive short position on EM stock. It's the only thing that really makes all their decisions make sense.

Or maybe they're just incompetent.
