What are your relations with colleagues like in general? How do you deal with difficult coworkers?
I work here because I have to pay the bills and I’m not here to play high school games again with some colleagues. However, even the minimal communication with certain coworkers, which is needed for the job to be done, sometimes becomes a problem and I would rather avoid it because these are people who are very unpleasant. They are like bullies who create a very negative atmosphere.

If Sams/Walmart was fair to ALL people, there would be no reason to vent to co-workers. Its a terrible peyton place there...has been for the last 10 to 15 years. It won't change for you or anyone else.
If everyone lived the good ole days there, they would understand how different and deceitful it is now.

Many people, especially long timers like to play the victim card for everything and do nothing to help the situation. I don’t care much for being friends at work, as long as you do your job, I’ll do mine. The moment you make my job more difficult because of your poor work ethic, I will ‘bully’ you, until you are scared to repeat your mistakes.
For example, I’m in the back room. You will not dump sh-t back here.
Minimal communication doesn't make someone a bully!
