We continue to be fed fake news from Estero as we are getting ki---d in operations. Things keep getting worse when you think they can't. VPs stop visiting your presence does nothing for us.

VPs paint this wonderful picture of fun and engagement to Sr leaders. Then they have to create the smoke and mirrors when the execs want to visit. They hand pick who they want to put in front of them and burry the "trouble makers" Everyone is out for themselves. To be brutally honest they can care less about those in ops. Short staffed and a fleet of junk not their problem. As long as we have that brand new car waiting for them thats all they want. It sucks to be on the front line knowing no one has your back.
Went the whole summer short staffing, high miles on cars, high demand and you make a post on the last busy weekend of the year? In my 22 years in the operation, one thing is for sure: The ivory tower of Estero or Park Ridge had no influence on the day to day other than make things more difficult by marketing having us add stupid stickers to cars and IT not fixing anything that is broke.
These VPs act like nothing is wrong because then they will have to deal with the problems and do their jobs. Truth is they are looking for a new job and doesn't want to be bothered to do their current one. When they leave, it will be the next guy's problem. Then the cycle starts all over again.
