I ran away from a company that didn’t have any learning culture and I’m here now, but it’s not exactly great here in that sense either. In fact, I was hoping to have a lot more opportunities to upgrade my skillset. Maybe it's up to me, I don't know. For those of you who have been here a long time, do you think that Qualcomm strongly supports continuous learning? Was it hard for you to expand your skillset here?

Even if you want to learn, the work load is crazy and unbearable. You will not have time to learn or do anything beyond your immediate deliverables
You are at a commodity company not a leading edge tech company. By definition you are not going to learn anything but maintain a skill set to keep the commodities coming. You gain new skill sets at a leading edge tech company bc one is constantly innovating to come up with new products. Unless you are a Qualcomm lawyer no innovation has come to Qualcomm since CDMA!
Defiantly no, no doubts
