Think I would take the ER this time around if they offer it.

Yes but they have to close the company due to lack of any employees left capable of doing any work.
No ERs but surely LRs mates!
ER helps in that it can reduce the LR numbers. Makes sense to me.

I've not heard anything about that. Shame it wouldn't be like the very first one. Enough would leave that cisco would not have to LR for the next 5 years.
Here is hoping so!!!!! Oh that would awesome! I wish it was a standing offer - would help incentivize management to retain those with experience - would it not? :) LOL!!!
