Of course, talent will go away when they have bad managers

There are fewer and fewer great colleagues, talents and devoted employees here with whom it was a pleasure to work. Not surprising to me at all because there are not that many talented people who would stay here and not leave, not the job but the manager.

This is Hertz leadership 101. Take all the credit and blame everyone else for the failures! Cover your own a-s is the way off life.
