I know some people who don't want to get vaccinated at the cost of losing their jobs. I don't understand what will those people do next?
Some people may be able to avoid vaccination but certainly not everyone will be able to do so. That is my opinion. I am interested in those who have big dilemmas and who would rather not get vaccinated, what are your other options, where do you plan to work?
And yes, I hope all of you, both vaccinated and unvaccinated are well and healthy!

Listen. The virus will not go away. If you are so anti vaccine, next time you have a bad headache, don’t take Advil. When your really sick, don’t go to hospital. If you have cramps, don’t take midol. The virus won’t go away. People who are mostly getting sick are unvaccinated and children. It won’t go away. You don’t hear about polio do you? The attorney will take your case but you will die of COVID before the case is over.

Tmobile is at will only in states that are at will. Not all states are at will and they will have the same mandate because tmobile has more than 100 employees. It is illegal and unconstitutional. If tmobile takes adverse action against you for not getting the vaccine, you should consult with an attorney.
Tmobile has not been aligned with the law in regards to their employment practices since at least 2013 when i started working there. Ive recieved at least 6 checks in the mail for class action lawsuits over the years with another expected shortly.

The people have more power now than ever, people who don’t want to get vaxxed can find remote jobs they are not hard to come by anymore. Two of my coworkers recently left to work for companies who have fully remote positions. Some people were working on their own business during the pandemic like myself and have a side job to fall back on.
It is not illegal. T Mobile is at will. Most companies are at will. They can let you go for anything they want. You should leave anyway, the company is leaking oil. They are going to fall apart. No it isn't. And in terms of epidemiology and every pandemic we've ever had, the higher rates of vaccination = less chance for this to spread.

The governmant is going to try to make it impossible to be employed if youre unvaccinated. What theyre doing is illegal and doesnt align with the "science". Anyone that wants to push the vax on someone else is crazy and doesnt understand the implications/violations of others rights. They are modern day na-i's. And they are on the wrong side of history.
Anyways, if you can wait it out... the mandates will be challenged in the supreme court so its ultimately up to them. Who knows how long it will take. If you cant... look for small employer that is pro choice!

I already had Covid19, freedom of choice, I am taking the path of religious exemption due to my religious beliefs and moral compass.
I am not anti vaxxx or wear a tin foil hat, and at the end of the day I am not feeling the lack of long term studies on these current set of vaccines due to fertility and otherwise.
If you had covid and still have the anti bodies it should be YOUR CHOICE not anyone else's.
