Our management had to submit a skills list on all employees so they can realign when new automation system is implemented. I'll be the first to post about layoffs and list some names for the viewing public! It's one big cir..le Jerk!

Layoffs will be coming a little at a time. The offshore teams ask us for our directions on how systems are built. Our boss informed us to give them high level directions... leave out the details. LMFAO
The US empire needs debt/work slaves to feed the capitalistic system. Please do your part. Work without an employment contract/agreement (like every other country), have very few if any workers rights-be happy with that "freedom", and dance to the corporate beat as they charge you quarterly fees for your own contributions to a joke "retirement" 401k scam. Uh, you’re totally participating in the “experiment”. Unvaccinated individuals have just become the control group….ICUs are full of unvaccinated patients, stillbirth rates are skyrocketing in the unvaccinated population, and COVID long haul symptoms are increasing.

I don't think they're going to need to layoff with the new federal government mandated vaccine. A lot of companies are losing employees because of this. Unless everyone got vaccinated.
