They can engineers, geologists and professional staff, yet keep an assistant for each Exec on 14? This is a 1500 person $19/share company. The execs at Apache are SR Managers at more prestigious companies. How do they justify this? Someone needs to look into this population and do some culling.

That’s crazy. Some field admins never went back to the office or half-a%% work 2-3 (short) days in the field offices and then “work from home” the other days (always Friday), but some are working 7 days a week?
Cannot speak for others but there are quite a few departments who have one admin for entire floors and they work 7 days a week.
At whomever responded about vendor freebies being just the way it is, you must work on the 9th floor.

Count how many admins we have meeting lunch delivery people in the lobby so they can take lunch upstairs. You'll then have the number of assistants we don't need.
