Awful, uncaring culture. The rhetoric from the top shows how disconnected they are from reality. Nothing is organized or strategic. Everything is reactive. Poor usage of talent. Tone deaf when it comes to returning to the office. Forcing a return when cases are increasing? Why? They don't trust employees. Lack of professionalism at all levels. Meaningless titles. You can be a VP and all you do is busy work.

First of all we are a $15B company and one of the most profitable in the world. Your need is you don’t want to come back to work and be with your colleagues delivering great solutions for our clients. You would rather take your dog for a walk and barely work. Frank called you out on this behavior that apparently was acceptable at the ofs it is not any longer.

I don't think i could have summed it up better. I get to turn on my 2 week notice and move away from this aweful place. VP's that don't have a clue what they are doing.
